Jamie Levinson brings her 20 years of experience in learning and leadership development to her role as an executive coach and facilitator. She has a special talent to connect with others, and build powerful relationships with her clients.

Through these relationships and the trust created, Jamie’s clients are able to gain new insights, and make the behavioral changes needed to get new results. Jamie’s areas of expertise include working with mid and senior level leaders on communication skills, leadership presence, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, building relationships, and leading teams. Whether it is moving into a more senior role, or taking on larger responsibilities in the same role, Jamie’s clients are motivated to create new and lasting results to keep their careers moving forward, and Jamie helps them achieve these results.

Through her signature presence, which carries a warm, relaxed, yet professional style, Jamie readily puts her clients at ease. She works through a positive frame, brings openness, humor, and authenticity to her relationships. She uses assessments, 360 feedback, and focused questions to help clients explore, and ultimately gain new insights on areas most important to them. Jamie believes her clients are the experts in their lives, and knows her role is to support her clients’ discovery. She encourages her clients to generate their own solutions and strategies. Jamie works with her clients to craft goals and development plans that support their development and growth, while also aligning with organizational goals.

Jamie holds a B.S. in Education from The University of Maryland, and a M.S. in Applied Behavioral Science from The Johns Hopkins University. Jamie has a professional coaching certification from iCoachNY at the Zicklin School of Business of Baruch College, CUNY. She is qualified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, the EQ- i2.0, and EQ 360 instrument. Jamie is a member of ATD NY, The International Coaching Federation (ICF), and The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce. She also serves on the board of All Together Now, an adoptee-led support group for adoptive families.
